Which freight company does LEAP PetCare use to ship my order?

LEAP PetCare currently uses Fastway to ship orders to our customers. Fastway has good coverage across the eastern and southern states of Australia, as well as all capital cities. If you find that Fastway does not service your designated delivery address (based on your postcode), then please contact us via email at: sales@leappetcare.com.au to see if there is an alternative shipping provider that can help to deliver your order.

 

How do I track the shipping status of my order?

Once your order has been dispatched by LEAP PetCare you can track the shipping status at: http://www.fastway.com.au/courier-services/track-your-parcel then enter the label tracking number that will have already been emailed to you.

 

How much will it cost to ship my order?

The cost of shipping is automatically calculated at the checkout based on the size and weight of the package(s) and the postcode of the delivery location. Within Victoria the cost to ship a parcel up to 25kg in weight is determined by delivery location. Shipping to metropolitan customers and major regional centres is typically cheaper than shipping to rural areas. Shipping packages over 5kg in weight interstate from Victoria may attract additional weight charges.

 

What delivery address should I use?

Please consider if there is a suitable delivery address, such as a business address, where someone that you trust will be available to receive and sign for the parcel during business hours. If you enter your home address as the delivery address, please ensure that someone will be available to receive the parcel.

We recommend that you keep up to date with the shipping status of your order, so that you know what day your package is likely to arrive, and can plan to receive the parcel (see FAQ: How do I track the shipping status of my order?).

 

What happens if I am not home to receive my parcel delivery?

Fastway try to get a signature from someone at the designated delivery address. If no one is home to receive the parcel delivery, Fastway will generally try to leave it in or near your postbox or front entrance, or with a neighbour. If your property has a locked security gate or door that restricts access, Fastway may not be able to leave the parcel in a safe place...

We recommend that you keep up to date with the shipping status of your order, so that you know what day your package is likely to arrive, or whether it has already been delivered (see FAQ: How do I track the shipping status of my order?).

 

How long will delivery of my order take?

LEAP PetCare will endeavour to ship out web orders the next business day (subject to stock availability). You will be notified of your parcel tracking number by email, once Fastway has collected your parcel from LEAP PetCare.
